The last e-bill from our current payment site rvss.merchanttransact.com will be sent no later than December 2, 2024.
Online customers with active sewer bills with Rogue Valley Sewer may receive a welcome email from Xpress Bill Pay on December 3, 2024.
We will be moving to Xpress Bill Pay on December 4, 2024.
All payment card information must be re-entered into the Xpress Bill Pay Site. Neither the payment card information nor any selected options from the current payment system will be moved to Xpress Bill Pay.
