Online Payment System—Xpress Bill Pay

Instructions for setting up a new account in XPress Bill Pay can be found by following link.

Have your account number and payment card ready.

Online Account Access Information

You will not be able to create your account if the name you enter and the name shown on your bill do not match*.  If you have forgotten your password after creating your login and verifying your email address, you can click the 'Forgot Password?'  link below the login. The forgot password email will be from noreply@xpressbillpay.com.

* If your last name or business name is not shown on your bill correctly, contact our office at 541-664-6300 to correct it.  You will not see the change until after your next bill is generated.

E-Billing

Click on 'Online Account Registration' on the right to create an online account.  After your email has been verified you can login and add your RVSS account(s) to your Xpress Bill Pay login.  For step-by-step instructions, click on 'Online Account Help' on the right.
