Effective March 15, 2026, Xpress Bill Pay will no longer offer the option to pay using a live operator.

Xpress Bill Pay will continue to help with setting up an online account, entering credit card and checking account information, enabling or disabling the autopayment options, etc., but they will no longer be using their employees to take payments over the phone.

Payments can still be made through the automatic phone payment system.  Our staff will accept your payment at the Rogue Valley Sewer Services office, 138 W. Vilas Road, Central Point.  Options remain to mail in your payment, drop a check at one of our 13 drop boxes, or pay online using a card or checking account manually or automatically.
