Michael brings a diverse background in civil engineering, with extensive experience in design and program management across roads, utilities, and structures. Having worked in both the public and private sectors, he offers a balanced perspective that strengthens the organization. Originally from rural Klamath County, Michael has lived in the Rogue Valley since 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from McNeese State University and a Master of Science in Bridge Engineering from the University of Surrey.
