Attached is Resolution No. 2025-106-R ‘A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Talent, Oregon Adjusting the Stormwater Utility Fee from $5.35 to $7.10 per month’

Rogue Valley Sewer Services (RVSS) will implement the Phase 2 increase effective with January, 2026 service.

While all of RVSS’s bills for customers within the city limits of Talent will be affected by this increase, the following details the increases associated with the bills for single-family homes. 

New Rates starting with January 2026 service:

Monthly: $38.10 (Sewer $31.00 + SW $7.10)

Quarterly: $111.51 (Sewer $90.21—3% discount + SW $21.30)

Annual: $438.60 (Sewer $353.40—5% discount + SW $85.20)

 

Current Rates through December 2025 service:

Monthly: $36.35 (Sewer $31.00/SW $5.35)

Quarterly: $106.26 (Sewer $90.21—3% discount/SW $16.05)

Annual: $417.60 (Sewer $353.40—5% discount/SW $64.20)
