Can my bill be paid automatically?

General

These options are only available to sewer service customers who are billed directly by Rogue Valley Sewer Services:

  1. Through autopay in your online account using your debit or credit card.  Following this link for more information. The amount paid through autopay will be the total account balance at the time the autopay payments are processed.  It is recommend the Pay Full Bill Amount radio button is on and the Pay Set Amount is not selected. If your credit card expires, the payment will not be made.  Please remember to update your card information on the payment site before it expires and/or your payment date to continue your autopay without disruption.
  2. Through autopay in your online account using your checking account.  Following this link for more information.  The amount paid through autopay will be the total account balance at the time the autopay payments are processed.  It is recommend the Pay Full Bill Amount radio button is on and the Pay Set Amount is not selected.
  3. You can also have Xpress Bill Pay set up Auto Pay for you by calling 385-218-0343.  

Loan customers may be able to pay their bills automatically through their bank.
