No.  For security reasons, we do not receive loan payments over the phone.

Payment options include sending your check through the mail; leaving it at a drop box (a list of drop boxes and their addresses can be accessed by clicking this link); paying in the office with cash, check, or payment card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover); paying online through our website using your check or payment card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover); or using your bank payment website or third party payer.

Yes, if you bring your payment card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) into the RVSS office.  You can also pay your sewer loan through our website.  Click Bill Pay or Sewer Account Access and Payment

  1. Click Guest Checkout
  2. Click Special Assessment
  3. Enter your Account Number
  4. Enter your last name
  5. Click Search Account
  6. Complete the information requested
  7. Follow the prompts to continue through the process
