About Rogue Valley Sewer Services (RVSS)

Rogue Valley Sewer Services (RVSS) operates and maintains public wastewater collection systems with over 425 miles of
sewer pipe providing sanitary sewer service for the cities of Talent, Phoenix, Medford (portion), Central Point, Eagle
Point, Shady Cove, Gold Hill, and unincorporated areas of Jackson County. RVSS also operates and maintains wastewater
reclamation (treatment) facilities for the Cities of Shady Cove and Gold Hill.
Stormwater
RVSS administers stormwater water quality compliance for Jackson County, White City, and the cities of Phoenix, Talent,
Eagle Point, and issues construction site erosion control permits on behalf of the Oregon DEQ within these areas.

Job Summary
RVSS is looking for a self‐motivated Stormwater Technician to assist in the implementation of Stormwater water quality
and erosion control requirements.
RVSS offers an excellent compensation and benefits package which includes the following:
Salary schedule: $5,118 – $6,338 (Monthly)
Full family health, dental, and eye insurance coverage
$2,400 per year RVSS contribution to an employee health reimbursement account
16 hours/month of paid time off (PTO) after the first year of employment
Oregon Employee Retirement System ‐ PERS

Job Summary

stormwater system data, development and maintenance GIS maps, GIS applications, forms, inspection tables, and
migrate system data between GIS applications, databases, spreadsheets, and AutoCAD software.
