RVSS manages the DEQ Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Stormwater Permit and DEQ Erosion Control (1200-C & 1200-CN) permitting for the cities of Talent, Phoenix, and portions of Jackson County including White City. RVSS also manages the public drainage system within the White City Industrial Area.
RVSS’s jurisdictional MS4 and Erosion Control boundaries are one-in-the-same and can be found under the Maps (link) at the top of the RVSS home page.
The following are the minimum construction thresholds in which RVSS Stormwater Management and Erosion Control oversite are required. Any development and/or construction activity meeting or exceeding these thresholds must obtain Construction Authorization and the appropriate Erosion Control permit from RVSS prior to construction.
