NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held at the Rogue Valley Sewer Services main office at 138 West Vilas Road, Central Point, Oregon 97502 on the 18th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 12:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering the adoption of an updated System Development Charge Methodology.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the proposed updated methodology is available for review on the Rogue Valley Sewer Services website at www.rvss-or.gov or at our main office 138 West Vilas Road, Central Point, OR 97502.
Copies of the proposed methodology will be provided free of charge upon request.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all interested persons may appear and be heard at said hearing.
