Customers who want to be billed annually or quarterly must contact Rogue Valley Sewer Services at 541-664-6300. Selecting anything but the monthly payment option in Xpress Bill Pay does not set up that billing option. Bills that are not paid in full by the due date are subject to late fees.
Customers who were billed annually before December 4, 2024, and have yet to be billed in 2025 have to wait until they are billed to pay or set up their account on our new online payment site.
